Jane and James, along with their adorable family, celebrated a beautifully put together The Millhouse wedding. It’s elegant grounds and gorgeous rustic buildings were an amazing backdrop for the day.
The Millhouse Wedding.
Right from the start, you could see the effort, care, and love these two put into their wedding day. You could tell it was going to be a special one. Their chosen venue, The Millhouse, is a remarkable location. Its old mill, stunning ceremony room, and rustic elegance are unique. From the moment I arrived to start documenting the morning, the whole place was lively and buzzing with a relaxed energy. Awesome arrangements and details from Flowers by Ruth took shape, while Jane’s eldest daughter Abbi practised her surprise performance in the ceremony room. Over in the wonderful new bridal prep room, hair and make-up were in full swing, definitely the busiest room on the grounds that morning.
This day was all about getting loved ones involved. The ceremony was officiated by a close family member, and the couple’s young daughters all had a part to play. Just before the ceremony though Jane and James opted to do a ‘first touch’. This was a remarkably sweet and emotion filled moment that enhanced the day for both of them.
The grounds of The Millhouse were the perfect place to have a wander, finding great textures and colours to match the aesthetic of the wedding. The couple shoot was relaxed and fun, the real tenderness and natural connection between Jane and James starred.
Vendors
The guys picked some fantastic vendors and suppliers for their big day. Firstly, Jane’s absolutely stunning dress came from Little White Dress, while Jame’s suit from EJ Menswear. Wedding Flowers by Ruth was responsible for the amazing details and she also led the wedding ceremony beautifully. Irish Eye Wedding Videos created a masterpiece, while Kate McCormack Makeup and Unveiled Stylist applied the finishing touches. The band Arthur blew the crowd away to finish up a truly wonderful day at The Millhouse. For more weddings check out my portfolio, and to get in touch just send me a quick message here.
